When it comes to having an online presence, all businesses, especially small ones, should be correctly set up on Google to ensure that you can be easily found by potential customers. Google has recently launched Google My Business, which aims to simplify the process for small businesses, but having all of your various Google features in one  place, alongside insights and analytics. Both brands and local businesses can connect with customers via Google Maps, Google Plus, Reviews, Search, and Hangouts, all of which are increasingly important as Google has over 1.2 billion unique users each month. Google search is often the first place people go to look for local goods and services, so it’s crucial to ensure you are showing up in the right areas.
