Online restaurant bookings explode

With local player, Dimmi already managing around 30% of Australian restaurant bookings via its online system, phoning to make a dinner reservation may soon be a thing of the past. This is a growing industry, with more and more restaurants jumping on board in order to streamline their back of house operations, and manage sitting times to optimise service levels and profits.
